This maybe my favorite of the Hunger Games series! I cried, I gasped, and loved the call backs to the original trilogy (especially Catching Fire)!

I will never emotionally recover from this book 😭 probably my favorite of the Hunger Games series. Was not what I expected from this story. It was beautiful and heartbreaking and gritty. Definitely not for sensitive or young teen readers. But a very thought provoking and well-done story.
